I had a problem with a product not dispensing correctly, and the customer service agent was quite helpful. Walked me through how to use it, but eventually came to the conclusion that I got a defective product, so they got a new one sent out right away. Good news, the new one works perfectly!

Product was never shipped. They sent me the “label was created” shipping notification but usps confirms the package never was dropped off. They have not responded to my multiple emails

I have been using DRMTLGY products for the past few years and have generally liked everything I have received! My faves are the luminous eye corrector, the neck serum, advanced neck cream, eye masks, pumpkin enzyme mask, etc….. I buy the acne system for my daughter and it has totally transformed her complexion so much so that even her dermatologist asked what she was using to clear her up! I highly recommend this company and their products!

Zero customer service. Received email that product shipped, however days later turned out it never shipped. CS will be an AI chat bot only. Having to go to the bank to block the charge. BUYER BEWARE!
