I placed an order, I don't recall making it a subscription. Next thing I know, they send me an order. I try to reach out to them, it's impossible to figure out how to cancel a subscription or make a refund. I reach out two different ways and they start giving me the runaround. they say, even though your order number is in the email subject, email us the order number again, in the body of the email. Then they email back and say they need time to investigate. this is nuts.

I ordered the tinted moisturizer, and it took about two weeks to get the product. When I tried to use it, it smelled funny, and when I looked, it was expired. The company refused to allow a return or stand behind their product. They did tell me not to use it….?

Love all the products! I especially enjoy the under eye concealer with SPF! It goes on smoothly under my 60 yr old eyes and wears well all day

They offer good products that do work with consisitency, quick shipping, and they answer any questions. Recommend this brand and company

The products are amazing and well priced. I love every one that I have tried. I specially the needless serum and the under eye corrector.

I’m very disappointed with how DRMTLGY handles subscription orders. If a company encourages customers to subscribe in exchange for a discount, I believe it should send a reminder email BEFORE the next order ships. A simple reminder would give loyal customers an opportunity to reschedule the shipment, pause it, check whether they actually need more product yet, or add something else to the order. DRMTLGY does not do this. Instead, the order is processed without any advance reminder. I really dislike subscription programs that operate this way—it feels unnecessarily unfriendly to the customer. I like the products, but I cancelled my subscription because of this policy. A simple “your subscription order is coming up” email would have made all the difference.

I have used the tinted moisturizer with SPF for a couple of years, and I use the under eye concealer. I’m very happy with both. I like that they are not scented, and leave my skin looking and feeling great without the sticky sunscreen feel that most products leave me with.
