Love the products

I ordered Retinol cream well over a week ago, along with lip balm, and a "mystery gift". Order was finally delivered late last night and the only thing in it is lip balm. Seriously?! When I reached out I had to send pictures, twice, and then was told that they would send me the retinol, add no extra charge, in another delivery. Like you are doing me a FAVOR for not charging me AGAIN for something I already paid for?! GEE THANKS. No expedited shipping, no refund, no nothing for the screw up and me having to wait another 1 week+.

I like the first product I bought..so trying new ones

Waiting on my products. I am excited to try them. The only thing that was a bit much was the amount emails and texts received before I placed my order. Had stuff in my cart and the emails were relentless. 12 to be exact. Give people time to view and choose their products.

I placed an order number 028499137 and they charge me twice and now they say they can’t find the order! My order was $155 and they charged me $310 so they’re trying to get out of giving me my refund! I will contact my lawyer because they are not going to get away with this. This is illegal as hell! Buyers beware! This could be you!
