Saying up front that these two stars are not indicative of the quality of the products. Why? Because I placed an order weeks ago and still haven't received any product to review. The company has however, sent me multiple Don't Forget to Tell Us Your Experience emails asking for feedback to help them improve... So, here is the feedback. The lack of communication about where your order is and the incredibly slow shipping process could be improved upon. I placed my order on Nov 30th, excited to try the products for the first time. Crickets. Zero communication from customer service about the order - not even a shipping timeline for 10 days. Tracking shows that 10 days went by before a shipping label was created so this isn't a carrier delay issue. Add the additional 8 days they indicate the package will now be in transit and that's pretty slow folks to not tell a customer what's going on. I'm absolutely ok with slower shipping, just be up front and tell me what to expect. I am still hopeful that the products will arrive and that I will love them. I'm happy to do another review if that's the case. But DRMTLGY, my humble suggestion would be to communicate with your customers more about the money they've already spent before you start pushing daily sales and rate us emails and you'll have much happier first time customers.
