I got the "free" book after paying $8 shipping and I'm okay with that. They do try to sell you all sorts of other stuff, but I really don't look at that as bad as long as the book has value. And it DOES! I've read the book and his solutions for health are spot on, I believe. Follow his guide and restore your health.

I can not begin to say enough wonderful things about this man and his vision for health. I tried his thirty day challenge and within a relatively short period of time was down to my high school weight and have been able to keep it off after 60. I did end up buying some of his supplements because they were cheaper than putting everything together. He NEVER made me feel like I had to purchase it. My whole family uses his products. His support team is very responsive and I have not had any issues with my purchases. If you are ready for a lifestyle change - this is the place to start.

I purchased this book from Amazon. The book offers a very good baseline to getting your health on the right track. I specifically ordered it to better understand multi-vitamins and what is good and not so good when purchasing them. The best thing about the book is that it gives you the tools to start adjusting your lifestyle immediately, without purchasing any plans or products. I think it's a good read for anyone interested in being proactive with their heath, whether you're looking to lose weight or just make a few healthy lifestyle changes.

I have been taking Dr. Livingood greens and collagen for four years now NEVER had any problems being over charged for anything! You can manage your subscriptions and cancel anytime you want. Personally I love the greens and collagen also have been taking his vitamin D and omegas. I love it you know exactly what your getting not to mention 3rd party tested, non gmo, all the right checks for me!

DON'T do it. the whole book for just shipping costs thing leads you into a mess of offers that you'd never want, it's a terrible lure into you being overcharged. I cancelled my card immediately knowing that they had my info. It really should be illegal the way they do this crap. Careful, if it sounds way too good...it's a mess to deal with later.
