I purchased 3 books, Living Good Daily, Livingood Approved and Make Food Simple. The recipes that I have looked at seem to be regular comfort food designed to be healthier. I need this! The 3rd book, Living Good Daily, I have just started to read but it makes sense. I'm glad that I purchased all three books.
