I attempted to purchase an omega 3 vitamin supplement. I got locked into this endless loop of popups trying to get me to purchase 3-6-9-12 of these supplements. THEN once I finally got down to purchasing 2 at $33 each it locked me into a 39 min video WHICH I DID NOT AGREE NOR HABE TIME TO WATCH. THERE WAS NO STOP BUTTON OR EXIT BUTTON AND IT STATED IF YOU PRESSED BACK BUTTON YOU WOULD BE CHARGED. There is a pending charge of $118 on my credit card that I didn’t authorize. Every single purchase on Facebook is in this unending unethical format!!

Scam company. You will never receive your order. They need to be shut down.

Watch out!!! This business is a big scam. I was just interested of the first book which costed $7 plus and he added $1 plus on it. I declined all other offers after I paid the first book. Two weeks later he charged me $29.09 for what I don’t know. I tried to call them and nobody answered. I was able to send him email messages. I called the bank to take note that I didn’t authorize him for automatic monthly charge. So if you’re a victim of Dr. Livingood business call your bank immediately and call your city’s or state’s attorney general. They are willing to help you for FREE C

Has charged my card twice for same amount . Book was not anything new, same info on internet with detail. I will be contacting the bank to put hold on any future charges! Just don’t order…it will be a headache.

Total scam. Don’t walk away, run. They trick you into thinking you’re purchasing a book. They trick you into a monthly subscription and membership that is more expensive than the book itself with no customer service support phone number. I’m going through the agony of trying to cancel and get my money back. May need to cancel my credit card to avoid future fraudulent charges. Very disappointing.

Part of living good is living ethically. This doctor should be called Dr. Living Fraud. He has a good speech about caring about your health and offers a free book. So I wanted my free copy but when you choose that it charges you $7 dollars for shipping. Fair enough, no problem. But then, once you do, they ask you if you want to upgrade your order for a $1. Fair enough $1, no problem. You select that and then he comes on talking again and then you can’t back out because it tells you not to use the back button to back out and it doesn’t let you complete your order. Anyway you’re forced to listen to him! Again and again, So what I did was, just press “done” on my mobile phone. So after all that, I checked my purchases on my credit card and they have charged me for a monthly subscription for $27 that I did not agree to as this bait and switch is going on. And also you can download an app called Yuka, they do not take sponsorship money from Vendor’s, if you would like to know what kind of self care products to buy or pure food to buy. The app is $13 for the year and you can scan any toiletry item or food item when you are at the market to determine it’s purity. It is well worth it. This so called doctor needs to be upfront of what he is charging you for. He shouldn’t be weaseling anyone out of their money by the oldest trick in the book, bait and switch. There are resources out there as I mentioned that you can access without strings attached. Take good care my brothers and sisters.

Love what his message is. Easy to understand and apply. Customer service with technology problems is horrific. I’ve been contacting for over a month, as I paid for the month, but was unable to access member area for quick access to the tools and videos we are supposed to have access to. I’ve reached out in many different forums, countless times, to no avail. I’m in the 2nd month now. Requested cancellation, and to no avail. I feel I’m left with canceling through my credit card. Not sure what else to do.
