I paid shiping on 2 free books ..last one a month ago app.And today October 10,2024 I was chareged 27 dollars on my card ... For what? I didnt order anything or autherise anyone to take money off my card.I need somone to respond to this because I dont know were to contact anyone. I didnt go online and order anything. I ordered Dr Livingood Omega +Turmeric September 19, 2024 they came melted. I sent 2 emails & didn't hear back. I went onto their chat, explaining the situation. I said I had just wanted a reorder, but when I couldn't get in touch with anyone, I just want a refund. Saundra told me I could only get a reorder & no boss is available for me to talk to. Only buy from Dr. Livingood if you won't need customer service or any reason for a return. Very disappointed customer!!

This company is completely scamming people. They market one thing an then turn around an say a whole different thing. An then I paid money for 1 book , so I thought an then my card the next month was charged for a whole subscription of something. So insane. Smh. My point is. They are not upfront an honest. They use marketing tactics an manipulative ways to get you an its just not at all a trustworthy team.
