In response to their reply... Their website it set up to confuse you into thinking your order is not complete. It was incredibly difficult to just order the book. But, instead of addressing their predatory website, they simply said the trials are optional. Sounds like a response our current press secretary would make, by not addressing the problem and shifting blame. I just wanted the free book. $7.95 for shipping. But, once I paid it said I wasn't done! I could not get off that page unless I clicked the $1. So I clicked the dollar! I was charged $28!!! Then, when I tried to figure out what happened, the confirmation email showed I partially paid? Why does it say 'buy again'? If you try to click the 'report an issue' button, it DOESN'T work, but if you keep trying to click it you will accidentally hit BUY AGAIN!! It's so close on purpose. Predatory company.

Most of these 1 star reviews are not based on the products and services Dr. Livingood offers. They are based on our mail delivery system failing to get the products to the customer in a timely manner or the time it takes for production to ship an item out. The remaining of the reviews are over being charged for items they didn’t order. (How would they have your billing information if you didn’t order the product/service) Either way I would like to leave a legitimate review of the products I have personally used. I have been using the chocolate collagen with a daily multivitamin in it, and the pro/pre/post biotic blend in my daily morning coffee for over a year and my skin has never looked better! I also use the women’s hormone, stress relief, vitamin D, omega and tumeric, immune support, Magnesium (definitely could not sleep without this!) daily greens, and the vitamin C and electrolytes. I may not take all of those at once but have used them all at some point. Some months I have to pick and choose which ones I need the most and leave some out due to the costs but Dr. Livingood does live Facebook appearances frequently and gives alternatives to his supplements for those who don’t want to use supplements or can’t afford them. He truly does just want to help people get healthy. Please doesn’t let others issues with customer service cloud your judgement on health. Try to join one of his challenges and see and speak to real people who live this lifestyle.

I ordered product on February 7th as of today it still says preparing shipment. I have emailed twice with no response. There is no option for live chat. It refers you back to email. The money has already been taken from my account with no response as to when the product will be sent.

Great experience and loads of info. He really cares. If your not growing..everything is negative even taking the time and patience and grace to give someone for a simple canceling a subscription. Focus on the value and not on every minor thing. No one's perfect. I have had no problems what's so ever talking to them. He's giving loads of info gor free. including the book..I took a copy of grocery list to learn what to keep in my fridge. Some info I knew some I didn't. So I took what info I was missing and I'm still learning...Sales is serving if he's sharing great content to better your life I have no problem buying products that work. May God shed Wisdom and understanding.

More NEGATIVE reviews than positive. No bueno in my book. I was about to order but as usual....I check reviews, bad reviews for me = no longer interested. You guys need to invest into "paying" a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to assist customers, why you choose not is mind boggling. Anywho! Thank you everyone for taking the time to share your thoughts. Looks to me like they pay someone just to reply to complaints but choose to not have an answering service.

Start off, he a chiropractor. I got the book and there's nothing notable that you need to find in this book. He promotes organic this grass-fed meats his protein drink sign up for more of his put money in his pocket stuff. Anybody who's got any intelligence knows what it is to eat healthy foods. And they know when they're not. You eat according to your experience, your budget, the time you need to cook it, and if you want to be healthier than you are and lose weight this book is not going to do it for you.

I was about to sign up but glad I read the reviews first.. Scam companies like this need to be stopped! He's not a doctor its obvious because of hid name "Livin Good" common man! They will just reply with there BS replies. I hope someone finds this helpful and stops you from losing your money.

I ordered the book and nothing more. Although the book has some helpful information, my credit card was charged $113.22 without my consent. Smells like a scam
