Dr Livinggood Thank you for your advice you been exceptional to my slow healing every day. I am now gathering more with my family and can do more activities that I couldn’t do before. Your supplements are the best. I am still suffering from neuropathy though and I wanted to buy nerve freedom. It seems all natural ingredients but I wondered if I am wrong. Thank you for the healing I have felt so far. You are a great doctor and I will continue to follow you and buy your products when I am able.

I ordered the "living Good Daily" book on the premise that it was free and that I would only have to pay for the shipping which was $7 and something, but that wasn't the case. I came to find out that I had subscribed to a monthly membership of some sort. This was not stated in the YouTube video. I've tried to contact them via chat which is not getting me anywhere. I've called the 919-328-3899 number my bank gave me, but it just a recording, saying go to their website.

I had migraine headaches for 50 years and nothing I tried helped. When I started following Dr. Livingood I went gluten free and much to my astonishment I no longer have migraine headaches!

Dr. Livingood gives positive, healthy and specific information that can help shape your life into a healthy life, should you heed his guidance. He tell you what food is good for you and why and what food is bad for you and why. In his book, make food simple, he also gives you recipes. Very helpful resource. An added bonus: he is a Christian. I love that he expresses this in his book. It's similar to the Daniel Plan. If God made it, eat it. If He didn't make it, don't eat it. Obviously, easier said than done.

I joined Dr. Livingood in December 2023 just to see what he had to offer. WOW! The information on food is eye opening….such garbage in our grocery stores. It changed the way I shop and I read every label now. The 10 minute exercise program is excellent. I stretch and do it 6 mornings a week. Ok, I don’t do Burpees but most all others. I highly recommended Dr. Livingood.
