I think Dr. and nurse Livingood put their heart and soul into gathering knowledge about how to teach people to get their bodies to heal.. not Medicate to cover what is wrong but to have the body do what it was meant to.. heal itself!! Their products are so very good! I’ve tried a lot of them and continue to order from them cause they use real, quality herbs.. no bad fillers. Plus he does a show (internet) that teaches and you are able to ask questions. Get his book .. it’s informative!!

I’ve just received his latest book that explains how to stop eating C. R. A. P., which makes sense, along with a lot of information about how eating better and knowing what to look for in the ingredients as well as 100 recipes.

I ordered Dr livinggood's approval two books in one I received it very fast I read the whole book I suffer from fatty liver disease so it was so helpful to me to understand what I was going through and ways that I can try and change it on my own, I am on the 28-day challenge day 22, I feel a lot better sleep in a lot better I still have a lot of work I need to be doing I will continue on with my goal after 28 days but his book helped me so much it had so much information in it and I love the recipes in the back
