Wow, now a days, who does that 😳 I’m so THANKFUL in discovering his YouTube channel. Very well organized with incredible insights and content that is beneficial to everyone! I’ve been in the health industry for over 40 years and have tried all kinds of supplements currently in the market. I’m 63 years young and have always tried to stay in shape with proper nutrition and food intake. However, recently I reached a plateau with my fully understanding about quality nutrients my body is in need to improve my overall health. I decided to try Doc’s supplements and his process with his liquid and food recommendations for 3 months. I’m 6-2 weight is 240 waist 38 and thought that was pretty good. My first goal was to have a low carb food intake. Did that for 30 days lost 20 pounds but didn’t really feel good after and thought I was too skinny.
