The "program" is such a scam
I was very disappointed with my experience. Within the first five minutes, I felt like I was getting a sales pitch rather than having a genuine medical discussion. Much of what was said relied on correlation rather than causation, which didn’t inspire confidence. When I mentioned I had recently taken a urine test confirming I didn’t have cellular inflammation, she continued with a scripted response instead of addressing my specific situation. I also interrupted to clarify that I don’t suffer from gut issues, brittle hair or nails, or leaky gut, but she didn’t provide meaningful answers. Instead, she insisted I still had the ‘foundation of cellular inflammation and weight resistance,’ which her program would supposedly fix. She told me I was a fit for the program at first even though the pitch is only 20% get excepted. The lack of personalized attention and the sales-driven approach left me feeling frustrated and unheard Dr. Katie Effertz is not an M.D. or like unto it, she is a chiropractor which is misleading to say the least. they claim to use Pure vitamins which is a high quality of vitamins so when I commented on the pure brand she said "no, its our inhouse brand". the women became more frustrated with wanting clairity because it was throwing her of her scriped. I requested a refund and hope no one gets scammed. though this may help some because the correlation is the cause, what happens to all the others that it is cellular inflammation isn't the cause? -Scam

Dear Lesley, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate hearing from our clients and/or prospective clients, as it helps us improve and better serve everyone. I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and I’d like to clarify a few points you raised. First, regarding your concern about cellular inflammation: Inflammation is often present in the body when there are unwanted symptoms, even if it doesn't show up in every test. Our approach is built on understanding the root causes of discomfort, and we address inflammation at a cellular level because it can impact various aspects of health, even when outward symptoms aren't immediately obvious. Our program is designed to help support overall wellness by targeting inflammation, which may not always be detected in traditional testing. Dr. Katie Effertz, while a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), has extensive training in functional medicine and cellular health. She continues her education in these areas to better serve our patients, and this information is clearly outlined on our website. There was no intention to mislead, and we want to ensure all of our clients understand the qualifications and approach we use. Regarding our supplements, they are indeed professional-grade, third-party tested, and are part of a proprietary blend specifically formulated to support our program. We take pride in the quality of these supplements and are happy to disclose the name of our formulator/manufacturer, when asked. However, as our blend is unique to our program, we do try to keep that information proprietary to ensure the integrity of our offering. We understand that everyone’s health journey is unique, and we aim to offer personalized care based on individual needs. We regret that you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed during your consultation and that the experience was frustrating for you. Our intention is always to provide a thoughtful and supportive approach. If you have further questions or would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] Thank you again for your feedback.
