This is an awesome program to restart your heath in the right direction. I've finished the program and after 4 months I can honestly say the support from the staff and nutritional guidance is class AAA. I never felt in such good hands durning my journey with HHA!

I did really like the program. For me it was not that hard to follow or understand. I have been on a health journey a while. The materials and the online help and checks ins were all very good and supportive. Unfortunately for me I was not able to figure out what my issue was. Yes I lost weight and Some of my symptoms improved, but I was not able to completely resolve my issues. I think testing would need to be involved to really get to the bottom of someone’s issues.
