My biggest reason for the 3 stars is that the 4-month initial program is extremely costly and it ends just as you are about to reintroduce foods. I will continue with the program's extra monthly help (FAR more reasonable cost), but I wish a couple months of that process could have been included in the price.
The 4-month program consists of a lot of practical information/education, 4 sets of supplements that they have prepared, an online community (good help and response from other clients as well as practitioners), and 6 semi-monthly check-ins with an actual practitioner. They plan some online discussions, but they were usually during the day when I was working.
My second disappointment was that they promise a deep cellular reset, but though I was very diligent, I only felt small changes in symptoms. Maybe my lack of results is unusual. I did lose 10 lbs (likely for the intermittent fasting) and began some good habits going forward.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for sharing both your wins and concerns, Kristen. We’re so glad to see that you’ve chosen to continue your journey with us in the Graduate program, especially as you begin the important work of reintroduction and deeper healing.
While we understand that the investment can feel significant, it’s the high level of personalized support, practitioner and coaching access, structured education, and 7-day-a-week community and group support that sets HHA apart. That level of ongoing accountability is a big part of why we see a 97% satisfaction rate across our graduates. Your 10-pound weight loss, new habits, and noticeable improvements (along with your continued commitment) are all proof that your body is responding.
We're genuinely excited to support you as you move into this next phase. The graduate membership is all about taking healing deeper, and we’re here for you every step of the way.

Some Positive, but More Negative Experiences
I purchased the program to help with Long Covid symptoms primarily Vertigo, Chronic Fatigue, PEM.
I had difficulty in the first stage of the program, as my system is on overload. I had a severe allergic reaction to some of the first month supplements. It took me three months to get through the first month of pills. I had to stop until my hives calmed down, then add them in a few at a time until we narrowed down what to leave out, and my body could tolerate the rest.
I liked my practitioner. We had several phone/zoom calls, and she helped me work through the issues I experienced with strong, clear guidance.
The problem was I was assured BEFORE purchasing the program that the program would not give up on me, if I didn't give up on the program, and in fact if I was not better at the conclusion of the program the doctor in charge would take personal charge of my case and do what needed to be done to get me through my Long Covid symptoms.
That was not my experience. In fact, my experience was the opposite. When I was nearly through Phase 2, which I had no difficulty with, my practitioner let me know they had extended my program as long as they could, as it had been four months since I started - even though I was only 3/4 of the way through stage 2 (which should have been finished after the 2nd month, but was not because of the allergic reaction I had in stage 1).
I was given the option to pay extra to remain in their skool website so I would continue to have access to their website training, etceteras, but I opted - after paying over $6000 already and spending most of my four months working through the horrible hives one of the supplements caused - to continue taking the supplements and the anti-inflammatory diet on my own, rather than giving more money to a company that clearly was not going to live up to their promises to me.
I cannot write a full review, as I am only one week into the third stage of the program, so I can only review my experience so far.
1. I have had one positive change. Much of my hair fell out when I got Long Covid, and what was left was so brittle it broke off at the merest touch. My hair now has a more normal texture, which is terrific. I can wash my hair again - after nearly five years of only using conditioner. I'm pleased with this result. I don't know that it's from the supplements/dietary changes, but whatever it's from, I'm grateful.
2. The diet was not much different from my regular diet, so I doubt those changes were causal.
3. Stage 1 supplements - one of which contains ragweed - caused severe hives. I was so itchy, it was completely overwhelming and miserable for most of the first 3 months. It took months to calm my skin down and figure out how to move forward in the program to get through the first stage.
4. My practitioner was wonderful. Helpful, empathetic, clear, and gave me good guidance as we worked through the allergy issues the first month of supplements presented.
5. But - any good was overshadowed by them booting me out of their program when I was not quite halfway through. The delay was NOT caused through any fault of my own, but rather from my body's reaction to the first stage of their supplements.
It's an expensive program. It is very well staffed, and has an organized and helpful support team. But my experience was disappointing... I did not feel I got the $6000 of results the saleswoman promised me. NOTHING in the sales call mentioned the program ending after four months, regardless of your personal results. Rather, it was sold as being, "As long as you don't give up on the program, we will work with you, and if it doesn't work for you the doctor who invented this program will get involved personally to see to it you get better."
That was not my experience.
The hope I feel from my hair texture improving will keep me on the diet and taking the supplements on my own until they are gone. I feel they should have kept me in their online skool platform until I finish all four stages of the supplements, at the very least. A phone consultation at the beginning of each of the last two stages would have been appreciated, but if I were on their website, I could have at least gotten text support from the community.
I realize it was my choice not to pay more to stay on the platform. I felt strongly that I had already over-paid for what I was receiving, and felt paying more would be throwing good money after bad, particularly since I literally TOOK A BREAK from the supplements/platform/everything but the diet for about 2 months while my body recuperated from the allergic reaction I had to their supplements. I did not tax the system during those two months - or even use it - yet that was counted as my full time in the program.
So - there's the good and bad. After I finish the supplements on my own if anything changes I will modify or write another review.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review, Darva. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t match the expectations set at the beginning, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things for you and others reading.
We’re glad to hear that you experienced positive change and had a strong relationship with your Practitioner. Your kind words about her support and guidance during your allergic reaction speak volumes, and it’s important to us that you felt heard and cared for during a challenging start.
That said, we’re truly sorry that the reaction to one of the supplements impacted your ability to move through the program as originally designed. Every body responds differently, especially when already inflamed or overwhelmed, and we commend your persistence through that experience.
To clarify, our program is structured as a four-month curriculum with access to personalized support, community engagement, and resources during that window. This is explained during enrollment, and while our support team made accommodations with extra time where possible, there are limitations to how long we’re able to extend the program while still operating responsibly as a business. We never want anyone to feel “booted out,” and it was never our intention for you to feel unsupported.
We appreciate your feedback and your honesty. It’s clear you were committed, even in the face of difficult circumstances. Your progress, especially the improvement in your hair texture and the hope that has sparked, matters to us. Should you ever wish to revisit support in the future, our team is here to help.
If there’s anything further you'd like to discuss, feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]

I believe I was misled
I had already done everything I could think of to try to not feel chronically fatigued. As last ditch effort I contacted HHA and did the assessment. I was desperate to feel better so I committed to the 4 months program. During the consult I asked what happens after the 4 months when we stop taking the supplements and go back to life? I was told that it took me 54 years to get to this point. I shouldn’t go back to being so “toxic” in the lifetime I have left. I took the supplements even though I had no idea what they were. I cut out most of the foods and restricted my diet. I was already eating mostly healthy and had already cut out most junk food prior to the program. I agree the program did help me. After the 4 months I felt much better and had energy. What really turned me off was the push after the 4 months to either do another month or two of the program and roughly $1000 a month or continue on some of the supplements that were hundreds of dollars a month. This was after initially being told I shouldn’t need any more after the 4 months. I continued to feel good for a couple months but now at 4 months post program I am back to being exhausted all the time and have been for a couple months. Now it did help me narrow down the cause of my heartburn and I no longer have some of the joint pain I had when I started. I do feel like I was lied to about this program when I was pushed to continue to bleed money after the program.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Margie. We’re truly glad to hear that you felt significant improvements in your energy, heartburn, and joint pain during the program. It’s always our goal to help clients experience real, meaningful change.
We also understand your concerns about the communication regarding what happens after the initial four months. Our intent is never to mislead. Rather, we aim to meet each person where they are and support them in sustaining their progress for the long term. Some clients feel complete after four months, while others, depending on their health history and how their body responds, may benefit from continued support or maintenance-level supplements. Those decisions are always optional, and we strive to offer guidance, not pressure.
We appreciate your honesty and are always working to improve how we communicate expectations so everyone feels fully informed every step of the way. If you'd like to revisit your journey or discuss options for moving forward in a way that feels aligned and supportive, our team is here for you at [email protected]. Wishing you continued clarity and strength on your path.

I need contact information
I don’t have a review because I have not gone through the assessment. I have a basic question before paying for the assessment and have not been able to find any direct contact information on Hormone Health Advantage.
Thank you for your time!

NOT USER FRIENDLY
I literally just paid for the consult and health assessment within the hour. I found you on Facebook and wanted to try this, but so far, your platform is NOT user friendly. I was in the middle of answering the 85 questions on the health assessment when the program crashed and there is NO way that I can access the questionnaire again! You really need to fix this! I immediately replied to the email that the Zoom meeting organizer sent me stating the problem, but no response. I went to your websites but there is no page to log in and access the questionnaire for paid subscribers! You need to fix this! The only way for me to access the questionnaire again is to pay again! NOT USER FRIENDLY!!
EDIT: they did email me the link! Perhaps the link should be a regular part of the intro emails in case this ever happens to someone else.
