The level of support they provide is incredible. The program is organized and well laid out at a doable pace. I am only in week 3 but after faithfully following the program and consistently taking the supplements, I am seeing an increase in energy and bowel function. Nothing new at HHA
Started the program hoping to learn something about nutrition
But found out there was nothing new just the low inflammation diet I was already on
1st mouths diet supplements were had no effect
2nd month diet and supplement gave me diarrhrea and I lost 10 pounds (I'm already under weight)
I stop the vitamins for a week THEN STARTED THE 3RD box
3rd month they had me cut out eggs, that's when I figure out that this is not a one diet fits all.
And I just got scammed
I had to stop taking the third mount supplements because it gave me real bad diarrhrea and a month later I still have diarrhea less energy more back pain and leg cramps

Misleading
Came to this site to check out the program and saw the one star reviews. This program is similar to another functional medicine doctor’s approach I tried. Low cost initial investment and then WHAM a reveal do the true cost of thousands of dollars. I’m giving one star because you made me sit through 18 minutes that I can’t get back.

I don’t regret a thing
My life is so much better because of this program. I had multiple issues going on, some even plaguing me since childhood. Now, most of those issues are GONE and I feel like a normal, functioning person. Despite all of the usual colds and sickness going around right now, I feel very healthy and even more importantly, capable. My random issues that flared up before would cause me to miss out on events and feel undependable. While I’m still working on two other items, Dr. Katie’s program has provided me with the tools to reach the finish line. I’m so glad I said YES!
