Car was not maintained properly. The Cruise control did not work. Car did not have windshield washer fluid and without that there was no way to clean the front windshield causing driving difficulties.

Overall, a good experience. More desk help at check in(out) would have been wonderful. Car was clean & ready. Shuttle help were awesome! Highly recommended, & would use on my next travel experience.
