Wish I can give zero stars
Wish I can give no stars. Beware of this company. They will do all they can to try and disqualify you when the time comes when you need the warranty. Not only will they find a reason, but they will stand in that reason as if it is something solid to stand on. My mileage was not added to my contract correctly. I sent proof that my mileage was higher than what they had for my policy 4 month prior to the contract by way of an oil change receipt. They basically said my contract is null in void. Paid for $130 for 16 months on a policy that ended up being not usable.

Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with! Will give you the runaround and never cover a dime. I've been trying to cancel my account for 2 days and transferred from Department to department and never getting anywhere. Rudest people ever!

Scammers and liars
I was lied to saying my car warranty ran out January 14 which is a total lie Also they gave me a number to call in case I have any questions that I will be connected to someone live instead of a digital voice I’m waiting for my refund back now at first they told me it will take 7 to 10 business days which I was ok with but before I hung up the the they said it will take 30 to 90 days another lie they are scammers who buy information if car owners

FRAUD, DECEIT, PREYS ON THE ELDERLY
If I could give zero stars, I would! The guy who called took advantage of my elderly mother. She repeatedly told him to wait until her daughter got home to talk to him, but he continued to pressure her into purchasing a product she does not need. In addition, he is a liar. He told her he was from the Honda service department, and I know this because when I called back, he told me the same thing. I do not appreciate your people lying in order to make a sale. You can bet I am going to put you on blast and post my experience on every single website I can find!!!! Needless to say, I canceled the card, and the contract. Your people are liars, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Your rep
Your rep. tricked me into buying this warranty. I had already purchased a warranty with another company. I guess I will chalk up my $195 (charged to my credit card) as a learning experience. He tried to pawn your service off as a warranty from Honda and bad mouthed the co. where I bought my policy.

After I bought my new car
After I bought my new car, their team called me and told me that I was under a time crunch to finish securing my auto warranty coverage. I was skeptical, but when they handed the phone over to their manager, he instructed me that I needed to act quickly to ensure warranty coverage. He promised to call back later that day to answer my questions and wrap things up, which they never did. I will be immediately cancelling and seeking a refund. It felt predatory/scammy to push me into additional warranties for a brand new car with coverage through the maker.

Truthful?
So far everything that Jeffery Campbell told me has been incorrect or not followed through with. No paperwork by email or snail mail. What is next, no policy but includes fees?

They lie to me about everything from…
They lie to me about everything from the start I ask for my money to be refunded and yet to receive it I contacted the NJ Attorney General office today to see what the can do about this I had to pay out of pocket 2660.00 and you'll want retrun my money which 4000 plus this company is a rip off its messing my credit up yes I wouldn't tell no one about this company my policy no#VYGRS145977 Im waiting on the Attorney General office to call me back and line 5 said you'll never inform the that my policy was canceled. RIP OFF COMPANY.
