Not satisfy it look like I’ve been mislead when you guys come take me to sign contract with you That’s not good 👎👎👎

I’m very frustrated! Since starting a contract in May of 2022 I filed at least two claims & they were denied. I was then told I was sold the wrong contract so the customer service representative told me I would be sent a rewritten contract & I never received the contract. After not receiving it I continued to contact the company with the answer you’ll received the new contract in the mail soon, after about two months I still hadn’t received the contract in the mail. Once contacting the company again & being told the same thing & still didn’t received the rewritten contract I decided to cancel my contract completely with the understanding I would get a refund of the monthly payments I made I was then told I needed to put in writing why I wanted to cancel my contract & have it notarized then mailed to the company. After doing so & going to get the letter notarized & contacting the company once again, was told by the representative they were waiving the notary & to just mail the letter. That was in August of 2022 & I have yet to receive my refund, it’s been 7 & a half months & I’ve received nothing! Every time I contact the company inquiring about my refund I get told your refund check hasn’t been mailed out yet because the department that handles the refunds has been backed up do to the pandemic but your refund will be mailed out to you. So here we are 8 months later with the same answers we haven’t gotten to your refund yet. I asked to speak with a supervisor & was told they would put in a request for a supervisor to contact me & I have yet to be contacted! Also I was told that I’m not receiving a refund of my monies & was told I owe them money so I won’t be getting any money back from them. I’m frustrated with this process & this company. I’ve made all my payments every month on time & I’m being subjected to this inconvenience of receiving my monies back, this is just ridiculous having to wait this long & still not receiving anything! This company is a complete SCAM!!! This is very poor & bad business practices & some of the customer service representatives are very rude! FRUAD ALERT!! Do not purchase a extended warranty from this crooked company!! By the way don’t be fooled by some of the positive reviews…they’re FAKE!!! This company should be ASHAMED of themselves for stealing consumers money!!!

Driversmart stole money and will not refund my money! They also backed down on paying for repairs, rental car, and also paid a percentage of an oil change. Total rip off.

I would not give 1 star but I could not post. I paid for my extended warranty upfront in April 2022. I canceled the warranty the end of July 2022 because I purchased a new car I still have not received my roll refund they’ve been giving me the runaround telling me it would take 20+ weeks and it’s been way over that today is 7 February 2023 and still they’re saying it’s pending.

SCAM ALERT!!! They call with lies that they are the warranty service for your current car manufacturer, or existing warranty company. They then ask you for an enrollment fee and will send a packet and give you 30 days to review the plan. False. They actually enroll you right then, email you the policy and never mail it for signatures like they say. Try to take advantage of the 30 day cancellation window, and they will put you on hold forever, connect you to another con-artist who tries to resell you, then say they'll have someone from the cancellation department reach out to you later. That call will never come. The New Jersey accents should've given it away. Calling my bank now for a new credit card number. They've already scammed me out of $200 (which I'll dispute now), but zero chance they will get thousands, that card will be declined.

Your cancelation policy is TOO complicated. Your customers should be able to call and cancel a policy just as easy as your agents call to get the policy started. As a customers who wants to cancel you have to do and provide TOO much just to cancel their policy for whatever reason they're canceling. When I called to cancel I was on hold for about an hour than got hung up on. This complicated process to cancel is a way to keep your customers money or most of it. When your agents calls to obtain the policy they need to explain the cancelation policy more thoroughly instead of telling the customer they can call customer service and cancel their policy. You don't find out about the complicated process until you read the handbook. My advice to future customers, make sure you don't have to cancel for whatever reason. Because if you decide to cancel for whatever reason you will go through a COMPLICATED process that's a waste of time in my opinion.
