Cancellation of policy
Info regarding auto care business was explained to me with clear understanding of what was being offered. The phone was answered on the first ring also question answered as well but due to other situations I had to result to cancellation but as soon as I can clear things up I will reapply with the understanding that the premiums will be higher. I personally would like to thank Mr. Alex Burton for his help in getting me through this.

The rep was amazing he did not push me…
The rep was amazing he did not push me to get a policy I didn't want he was patient with me navigating the sign sheet. Very nice guy.

Great experience
I Called Drive Smart today and talk to a very nice Lady named Lucy she was very Detailed helped me understand my policy and I Don't believe she left anything out I recommend calling Lucy....

My experience today was above greatness, to be honest. It took some of the worry and strain of the financial burden off my mind.
My experience today with the representative Lucy was superbly breath taken. I can honestly say that she has made my choice with being with Drive smart satisfactory to say the least. It's great to know that your backed by people like her that cares for there client's. It goes without saying that the custumer relation has always bin one of Communication,and transparency. That speaks volume for me with my decision and relationship with Drive Smart. Thank you again Lucy for your assistance and caring soul. It was so easy to sign up for your warranty.
It was so easy to sign up for. And I'm glad that I can afford it. It's like everybody else won't cover everything that I need covered, as far as coverage . I'm very happy with what I got as my warranty for my car.
