I asked if this was dairy land…
I asked if this was dairy land insurence two agents told me it is gave my card and then they said it was warranty and refuse to cancel and refund me I then spoke with a supervisor and he refunded me and worked with me to cancel it

I did as you said, I wrote a letter to Paylink Direct and told them I requested a refund

Due to the nature of this review, we have reviewed the calls and notes related to your account with us. On 9/24/2020, you spoke to an agent regarding enrolling your vehicle in our vehicle service contract. You were given a 30 day review period with a money back guarantee if you were to cancel. You set up and approved on a recorded line, a post dated deposit for 10/1/2020. On 10/1/2020, that payment was approved and we shipped out your policy handbook. To date, we have no calls or notes related to your intent to cancel. The dealer had my car for an entire…
The dealer had my car for an entire week, plus 2 days the following week. Nothing was even fixed!!! The door locks still don’t all work & the digital screen still shuts down on its own, more so now than before I brought in to be fixed!!! Very disgusted!!! You tell people what they want to hear during sales pitch, but fail to repair the problems! Don’t waste your hard earned money for this warranty!!!!!

This warranty is crap it doesn’t pay to…
This warranty is crap it doesn’t pay to purchase! It doesn’t cover everything that keeps your auto working! Don’t buy their lies!!!!!

You did not take care of my claim
You did not take care of my claim, instead you canceled my coverage and told me my warranty was void. I paid out $2900 out of my own pocket for the vehicle repairs.
