No customer service support for cancellations.

Inability to get my cancellation PROCESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER . Too many notification process programs and constraints- WOULD APPRECIATE AN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF MY (contract).

Would not recommend anyone to them.

Sir or madam after five days we ask for are refund and we was lied to by the employees that works for Drive smart the bank shows that they was given 750 dollars and did not give it back like they said five times they lied and never have given it back after being told five days after we started this with drive smart please refund the amount of work was given to them from the bank 750 dollars please we are asking you thank you e Caroline Hayes and Eugene Larry

I had an extremely bad experience with this company. I signed up for a free trial and after finding a different company that i choose to go with, i tried to cancel my trial offer with them and it was a natural nightmare. The customer service representative yelled at me and told me that until I had a notarized statement I could not cancel my subscription. I even had to have my American Express Card cancelled and reissued, I am livid

not happy that they will not pay for diagnostic nor do they tell you that they will only pay 50% of the bill. Very deceptive

This is a scam. When I tried calling the numbers provided to cancel and get my deposit back I kept getting a busy signal or it rings once and hangs up. I was lied to by the sales person on the phone and that is the only reason I agreed to the service in the first place.

Hopefully it does everything it says it will do. Very pleased with contract and price
