I was sold a contract offering specific coverages to include door ding repair I called to use this coverage and was told the company no longer offers the service which is bull because it was a coverage included in my contract I requested a refund for my contract seeing as how they obtained my business by lying about the coverage here I am six months later still waiting for my refund for my contract and still getting the run around I’d recommend buying a warrant thru ur dealer these people are liars and scammers...

DriveSmart is not a reputable company as it puts others down with insults to make them look good

I originally had coverage with another company. I was making a claim and by mistake contacted DriveSmart. Was talked into purchasing a policy. Which said I could cancel at any time. For any reason. Upon doing so.... Well, attempting to. I was given the run around. Wrong information about how to get my refund. I actually had to Google the information. I will never use DriveSmart. Thank your customer service.

The representative lied about everything from the price of the payment of the policy to cancelation of the previous policy i have with another company.

Will tell you anything for a sale

The sign up process was fine. Collection of my money was made routinely on time. When I found another less expensive warranty they gave me a hard time. Actually told me that I couldn't cancel.
