The absolute best

I purchased a truck through eBay with Caramel. It has been 2.5 months and they cannot get anything right. The description of the vehicle on the title is incorrect they say they corrected it but it still appears incorrect on the PDF they ask me to review. My address is incorrect and they haven't corrected it yet in 11 weeks since my purchase. Their customer service is terrible.

I just purchased a car on eBay 2 1/2 weeks ago and they still have not sent me my title. I have a car in my driveway that I legally don’t own even though I paid 5 minutes after I won the auction. Dealing with Caramel has been a horrible experience. I will never buy a car on eBay or BAT again as long as they use Caramel. Their communication is terrible (none) and the unknown waiting period for the title after the payment is made is not worth the hassle. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I’ve purchased many cars on eBay before but this is my last as long as they use Caramel. Buyer Beware!!!

The customer service people were readily available by phone and helped guide us through every step of each process. I especially appreciate that we were able to avoid both waiting in line at the DMV and not having to rely on an in person visit to a bank.
