Drive CaramelReviews of drivecaramel.com

I used Caramel for the first time to purchase my 1966 Volvo from Bring a Trailer, and they made the whole process incredibly easy. Was I a babe in the woods? Absolutely. But Peter was there for me through every step (and every misstep), helping to correct things quickly and keeping me informed the entire way. My new Volvo arrived safe, sound, and exactly as promised. Huge thanks to Peter and the Caramel team for making what could’ve been a stressful experience feel simple, transparent, and even fun. Highly recommend them for anyone tackling their first classic-car purchase.

Today, I spoke with Taylor and I found her extremely polite on the phone. She answered all my questions and I was not rushed off the phone. Sometimes you call other places and you feel like you are bothering them or being rushed off the phone. Thank you Taylor for your excellent customer service. I would say one more thing, Taylor should be in charge of training other new customer service staff. John Michaelides

All my questions were addressed.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable

I have called in multiple times trying to figure out the registration on my vehicle. No one can give me a straight answer. Y’all‘s customer service is poor.

Great company they have a amazing customer service team and aren’t trying to get over on you or miss lead you I will highly recommend them if your interested or unsure about this company your in good hands with them

Vague intructions and no prompts of where errors are on application and forms. Called and was guided by Megan thru my omissions. MEGAN WAS PERFECT. i WOULD HIRE HER IN A MINUTE!

In general, the process of selling my vehicle was made easy and all the steps were clear, leading to minimal confusion between me and the buyer. Of course, purchasing a car online is still a very complicated process, and although in a perfect world, the design of Caramel would make it as easy as sending a few pictures and signing a few documents, it will never go that smoothly. The issues I did have were mostly between me and the buyer, and when I called someone on eBay/Caramel to help me figure it out, they were helpful and knew exactly what to do. A vehicle sale is never easy online, but I think Caramel helped alleviate some of that stress.
