Good but item availability added complexity
My only complaint is that the item we planned to reorder ended up not being available, so we had to change our order to downgrade to smaller water bottles and then get a refund. We had very limited options in colors that would match our brand, but this is understandable due to supply issues. Despite the complexities, the team made it straightforward to adjust the order.

Thank you for taking the time to review, Dayna! Unfortunately, frustrating stock issues exist across the globe right now and we are doing everything we can to offset that stress. It's very upsetting to us to have our customers disappointed and will continue to control what we can control to avoid that. We hope that despite the supply chain issues not in our control, that you were happy with your final product and the things that we CAN. Additionally, we have added a stock tool to our site that allows you to see what IS in stock or COMING SOON to the best of our ability with every changing availability.
