Good prices, good products, good customer service, good website design, horrid shipping. Basically good to all the above but very bad shipping time compared to other places, although shipping is free so that's to be expected. One of my orders got forwarded by USPS and I instantly got a response and refund, but the rest of my orders were smooth. Dk why this is so hated, works just fine. 👍🏼

No. Just don't go here. Should've just read the reviews beforehand. I was the idiot for ordering from this scam company. Avoid being me. Don't order.

This is the most pathetic place I’ve ever dealt with do not buy from here. You will never receive it. They rip you off. They are untrustworthy.

If you have been done wrong by drganja like the rest of us here, and want real service, go to Thcaexpress.com they won't dissapoint. I had a terrible experience with drganja it took several weeks to get my order out, the whole time feeling I was scammed. Drganja gives the industry a bad name and just all around bad business. A complete joke compared to any other companies out there.

Recently I placed 2 orders, one on 6/5 and one on 6/11. The one from 6/5 didn't leave the facility till the 12th and I got it on the 15. Now the other package has yet to leave the facility and it's been OVER 2 weeks at this point. I contacted them countless times and got told that the issue would be resolved soon, yesterday they even told me it got shipped on Monday. It's Wednesday. It's didn't even leave their facility yet, I would've known if it shipped cause I have text and email alerts on this package. I even called them multiple times and someone picked up and hung up immediately. I used to order from this company since 2019 and never had this bad of an issue and I'd recommend them to almost everyone cause their prices and products are great and I did notice within the last 3 years, packages might take no more than a week to ship out but this is actually ridiculous. I get stuff happens and they could be backed up with orders but the order has been prepped and packaged since the 12th and has just been sitting in their facility. They even told me in response to the many emails I sent that they are working hard to fix the issue. They have been saying this for almost 3 years now and nothing has been resolved to this day. It's actually really infuriating because on their website it says packages get shipped out 24-48 hours and should arrive around 3-7 business days. Nothing gets shipped out anywhere near that time-frame. Why lie about that? Despite them sending me a coupon code I don't think I'm going to order from here again. I ordered 3 weeks before I went on vacation to avoid this issue and I'm about to leave this weekend and I'm not even going to be home by the time it arrives.

This has been a horrible experience from the start. No communication and I have no idea if I will ever get what I ordered. Do not order from this company at all costs.
