I ordered $141 worth of items. Five in total. Instead, I received an order for some guy in Texas, which consisted of one item. I contacted them numerous times over it, and they just ignored me. Order no more than one or two items from them at a time

I used to be an excellent customer and an affiliate. They have never once paid me any money owed me for bringing them business. One of my orders which number in the dozens came smelling like mold so I asked for a return. They totally ignored me and blocked me from making any further purchases and ignore my request for my affiliate earnings payout. I will never ever do business with this company and I strongly recommend you avoid them because their customer service is absolutely horrible, even though their products are typically decent. Out of dozens of transactions I only had one problem, and that was enough for them to blacklist me in my opinion. I don’t know what else it could possibly be when every time I try to place an order it gets canceled automatically and they ignore me when I request payout for their affiliate program. They owe me $117 right now and I am going to have to sue them, but they are in Los Angeles California so that creates an issue where it cost more to sue them than what they owe me. I guess I’ll have to take the loss, but I warn you all to avoid this company like the plague.

This website is consistently taking longer and longer to ship. I ordered on 4/20/26 and tracking indicates I should receive it MAY 8TH! That will be EIGHTEEN DAYS-18!!! And it does no good to call as they just make excuses!!!

Shipped me the wrong item. When contacted about it this is what they said “Hello Robert, Upon investigation, the pods that were received are the iKrusher Vfire Vape Pod 1ml 3pk, and we aren't able to pursue a refund or replacement. “ So my only course of action is to dispute the charges. Not cool…

I can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure the substance I purchased did not match the COA listed on its web page. The COA showed a highly pure substance, but it didn't feel like a pure substance subjectively.

Dr Ganja SUCKS! Don’t order from here!! After nearly TWO WEEKS I still have not received my order and the package is just sitting somewhere because all they’ve done is print a label 10 days ago. Will NEVER order from here again.
