first order i got came fine, obviously the shipping was ages but still happy i received my order. ordered 2 more times between 3-2 months ago and havent heard anything about them for like 2 months. i live in australia and they are quite strict about weed products here so i guess they have started seizing packages is what my guess is. i will update if i hear anything about my packages. but just a heads up, if you live in australia, dont bother buying from here anymore, considering ive had 300$ worth of items in customs for 3 months 😂

I ordered my package two weeks ago and my package never came on the delivery date,it still shows it’s in the same spot when i ordered it.

I haven't received my order, the Seller returned 50% of the paid money back.

Ridiculous asf,my order is just sitting in one spot,no movement....order placed 3/17.the USPS must got a vendetta with dr ganja because I don't have this problem with other similar companies

This company's entire problem is shipping. They either need to fire whoever is in charge of getting the orders shipped, or hire more people to meet demand. Their shipping is beyond ridiculous. In 2026 it should not take several weeks to get an order! Ordering from Dr. G makes me feel like it's the 80s again. "Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery!" Shameful.

Good product but Holy crap it takes them forever to ship. Like week or more, you get an email to track way before they ship. So annoying how slow it is. Currently been waiting a week to ship 1 item.

Like everyone else says. Website claims 24-48 hour order processing time (they actually shortened this yesterday or today from 24-72 LOL). My order took 16 days before USPS even got it, then another 4 days in transit. Customer service answered once after multiple days with nothing to say but ‘if usps takes too long we’ll refund priority shipping costs’. Absolute clowns, save your money and order from one of the competent companies instead.

Truth be told this website is a scam but thanks to a friend who gave me a sure plug and they have been wonderful and helpful in all ways , thank you
