It took only 22 days from the first time I heard about them and booked my appointment to get tested, having my practitioner and mask appointments, and receiving the cPAP machine!! Every other things with them were as exceptional as their timing!

Rooh, this means so much. Getting from first contact to CPAP in 22 days is exactly the kind of efficiency we work for. Thank you for sharing your experience.

The whole process was easy (although getting the result was not) and I felt a lot of trust in Erin - she was patient and helped me to understand the data collection process and the results.

Deborah, thank you! Love hearing that Erin helped the process feel calm and easy, even when the results part felt daunting. We’re so glad you felt supported.

The vendor you sent me to provide the CPAP as been dragging their feet for three weeks now. I’m very disappointed. I still need to find someone to provide me with the supplies to keep my sleep apnea going.
Response from Dreem Health Sleep ClinicDec 8, 2025
Hi Kirk, thank you for sharing this. Delays like the one you experienced are incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re waiting on something as important as CPAP supplies. In some states, these orders are handled by external DME partners, so their timelines aren’t always something we can control, but we never want you to feel unsupported along the way. We’ll make sure this feedback is passed along to the vendor.

Lauren Henry is so thorough. She is super knowledgeable and on the cutting edge of sleep medicine! She knows a lot about chronic disease which is why I chose her. She went above and beyond to help me figure out If I should use their company (Dreem) as a supplier for the CPAP, or if she needs to work with another company that is covered by my insurance. I've never felt rushed with Lauren. She listens to your questions, and answers them honestly. She is genuinely excited about you getting better sleep.
