A Smooth Operation
My first encounter with Dreem was a telehealth phone call with my nurse practitioner. She deftly handled my questions and put me at ease with her natural conversation style. Within a couple of days, I received my sleep study hardware and instructions. I was able to follow the instructions and complete the study without a hitch. Dreem has implemented the technology to execute flawlessly with simplicity for the patient. Everything has gone smoothly and more easily than I expected.

Delightful Digital Dreams
The whole process was frictionless and amazing. The digital experience enhanced the engagement by guiding the customer through a specific and easy to understand journey. The providers were engaging and brilliant. The device was surprisingly unobtrusive and the shipping was super smooth. This is how healthcare should be managed when you do not have to be in-person!!
