I received my wedding dress from Dreamy Annie just a few days before my ceremony, only to find it was two sizes smaller than what I ordered based on their own size guide. The stitching and fabric were good, but the mistake caused enormous stress and forced me to rent another dress last-minute at a much higher cost. The worst part is that they completely ignored all my emails and WhatsApp messages, refused to take the dress back, and never issued a refund. Truly disappointing experience.

If you may need to return goods, do not order from this website. I ordered two different size of the same prom dress for my daughter to try. Neither size came close to fitting her. I tried to return the goods. It took a minimum of 24hours between each response from the company. At first their sales team asked me if the dress was two big or too small. Then days later they responded to say that the dresses were made to order so could not be returned. We ordered custom sizes not their made to fit range. They would not allow me to return the goods and blocked my email account (I only politely asked questions in my emails). Incredibly poor experience and poor customer care.

We ordered a dress on October 12th, and have not heard back from the company since. We have emailed, called and initiated the "live chat" option. Nothing. I'm starting to believe that the good reviews were paid or done by the company. We have had to cancel our photo shoot because we don't know when or if we will ever receive our dress. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Edit: Whatever you are ordering is coming from China and will take at least 3-4 weeks to get to you in the US. At the price point for these dresses, this is ridiculous. They should be more transparent about their shipping times.

My daughter made homecoming court. She knew exactly what dress she wanted… color and size. We found the dress on your site for $193 and ordered with $45 expedited shipping. We received a dress a month later that was not the dress we ordered. Looks similar but instead of hot stones this dress had sequins and the material was completely different. I reached out to customer service thinking there must be an error. With only two weeks until homecoming they sold us a dress they couldn’t produce. Then had the audacity to tell me to ship it back at my expense and they would refund $50! So if you don’t want the experience I’ve had I would steer clear of this place. What was supposed to be a wonderful memory for my daughter turned into a rushed and stressful time. But then not to even make it right and fully refund what I paid is a horrible way to do business. I sure wish I could post pics of the dress ordered versus what we received for the world to see! It’s awful and completely unacceptable!

I ordered a dress with plenty of time before the event. I have emailed numerous times and I keep getting the same response with the same information about a delivery date, which is now five days late. My daughter is frustrated, I am frustrated, not to mention out $160. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Very poor service- they provided the wrong address to the courier and I am now left without an address. They have not given me any additional information, responded to my email or provided a solution . Would not recommend purchasing one of their dresses! If you want to waste hundreds of pounds order a dress from here. I ordered a dress in April, it was supposed to arrive on May 19th as I paid a total of £60 to expedite my purchase which was delivered to an incorrect address. The photo provided by the courier was down the side of the persons house and due to the poor weather if the home owners were unaware of this delivery the contents of my parcel are ruined and yet DreamyAnnie has not offered any relief. This order WAS purchased directly from their website so they should be held accountable. The courier, Yodel, replied to my complaint saying “ However, if you still have not received the parcel, we kindly request that you contact your sender. They will assist you with the next steps and liaise on your behalf.” yet DreamyAnnie have not assisted me despite me reaching out on numerous occasions!
