Ordered a dress for my granddaughter ($158) and gave them a needed by date and added $45 for rush shipping. Ordered a straight size 6, no custom sizing. The dress arrived in time. However, it did not look like the dress ordered. Have been e-mailing for 3 weeks now about returning the dress and crediting my card. They asked for her measurements. I have sent pics of what the dress looked like online and what we received. They have offered 10-15% discount and said that return shipping would be extremely expensive. I sent them a copy of their return policy and now they have responded that the dress was considered a custom-size item and they are now offering a 20% discount and I don't have to return the dress. Need to see what other recourse I have to get my $158 back.

Update…. The dress came in today -!. It’s not the same dress we ordered. It’s not the same print at all. The measurements are not accurate, this is coming from a seamstress. Also, there are loose strings and beads and sequences that are dangling and we just got it out of the bag. Very disappointed! We ordered the dress on Sept 16, was supposed to receive it in 10 days. It has been 23 days and we still don’t have the dress. The tracking number doesn’t work- and we have called the company and done the online chat. We feel as if we have been scammed.

Quality was not very good at all. I want a refund

I have emailed this company multiple times requesting a refund on the dress I ordered. The dress is sub par quality and poorly made. I got one response from Dreamyannie saying that I should keep the dress and sell it locally because the shipping and customs fees would be high. I emailed them back daily for a week saying I wanted to return the dress and got no response. Please consider very carefully before you order from Dreamyannie! I am extremely disappointed in their customer service!

I received the dress on the same day I asked for a refund and a return label. I have asked for several days now. Dress is was the wrong color. They have argued with me for days now and refused to refund my payment. The dress is the wrong color. They said that it was custom-made, which it was not I ordered a US size 12 and they sold the dress under a website called baby online. I believe this to be very misleading and difficult to get a good sense of what the return policies are. Basically they don’t have a return policy. You’re stuck with whatever you order from them. I have learned a very valuable lesson. I will be checking out every website that I ever order anything from ever again seems to be a lot of of them popping up out there nowadays. Basically they tell everybody will give you 10% and you can just sell the dress.

Very disappointing customer service. I purchased two prom dresses for my daughter in sizes 10 and 12. The website clearly stated that standard sizes could be returned easily if needed. After waiting six weeks for the dresses to arrive, they looked nothing like the photos on the website, so I requested a return. Unfortunately, the process was far from "easy." Firstly, I had to pay £39 for the return postage myself, which was stated on their website. However, when the parcel reached customs, the seller refused to collect it, claiming I also had to pay the customs charges. This was never mentioned anywhere on their website. I raised a chargeback dispute through PayPal, but because Evri could not provide the recipient's tracking address due to GDPR restrictions, my claim was unsuccessful—even though the seller had refused to accept the return. Three weeks later, the seller contacted me asking me to remove all of my negative reviews, promising that they would refund me if I did. I removed the reviews in good faith, but they never refunded me. Avoid this company at all costs. The dresses were poor quality, the returns process was misleading, and the customer service was appalling. It simply isn't worth the hassle.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Total scam! The dresses quality is bad. The whole company lies and they do not let you return and they instead advise you to gift the dress or resell it ahahha after the amount of money you gave them. SCAM SCAM SCAM - DO NOT BUY PLEASE GUYS!
