Hi Vadym, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear that it was frustrating. These clinical guardrails are designed to help our licensed medical providers determine whether it’s safe to prescribe a medication based on current medical guidelines. In some cases, certain lab results are required before a prescription can be approved. We understand that it can be disappointing to go through the process and only find out at the end that additional information is needed. We know those tests cost time and money, and we’re sorry the process felt rigid. Your feedback about the lab requirements and when they’re requested is really helpful, and we’ll be sure to share it with our team as we continue working on improving the experience and making requirements clearer earlier in the process. If you’re open to it, we’d also be happy to take another look at your case and see if there’s anything we can help clarify. Please feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We appreciate you sharing your feedback. Sincerely, The Dr. B Support Team

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re sorry to hear about the confusion with the pharmacy pricing. The discount card we provide is intended to help patients access lower medication prices, but in some cases pharmacies may not recognize the card immediately in their system or may have different pricing at the time the prescription is filled. While we strive to provide the most accurate estimates on our website, final pricing is ultimately determined by the pharmacy’s local system. We understand how frustrating it can be when the price at pickup doesn’t match the estimate shown online. We would love the opportunity to look into why the Costco system didn’t recognize your card to prevent this from happening again. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with the email associated with your account so our team can review what happened with the pharmacy. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that the rest of your experience with the service was positive. Sincerely, The Dr. B Support Team
