if 0 star exists , i would give it to this mediocre plateform , 2 months waiting just validate my account and after all these period they block my account without even knowing what the hell is going on even if i gave all the required documents and i even ask them to do a live chat but no respond , i even wonder if they have a so called support team , such a waste of time and energy.

I had a very poor experience with them. poor communication that was very misleading caused me to lose trust in them. Would not reccommend using their service.

I'm surprisingly happy with Draft2Digital. Their technical solution is excellent, their system works as expected, and their support is quick and to the point, in my experience.

In 2020, at the height of the Lockdown, I got an email from Draft2digital telling me that because they could not verify my identity, I have been banned from my platform. I told them to tell me which ID type they wanted - passport, video call, license, etc. They said, Go away and best of luck distributing your books to stores directly!!! Can you imagine this? During lockdown when I needed money the most. And so, they deleted all my books, years of hard work down the drain. Later, I found out that they had banned all Nigerians and all Africans. They blocked the livelihoods of thousands of authors from a whole continent!!! I messaged the CEO on twitter. I messaged all their principal officers asking them to reinstate my account, no response. Draft2digital is a heartless, wicked company. Now, they have acquired Smashwords. This means they will create a MONOPOLY that specifically excludes Africans from opportunity. Is this not racism? Is this not discrimination?

I've never received any royalties from these people, and after 5 years they claim I never gave them the right tax information. They then threaten to send all my owed royalties to the government. So they DID owe me all those years and never tried to communicate with me. They instead threaten to cancel my account. When I tried to reach them, they never replied. Would I recommend them––NO WAY!!!

Very bad service. They just terminate your account even if you are a new user. Contents are all unique and not found any where on the internet but they just brush it off. Please get a new support team, very bad customer service.

I have put a book on the site. But There's a lot of trouble and client service not helpfull.

Worst publishing solution! They terminate and close accounts for no reason and it is impossible to talk to them... to be avoided!!!!
