Draft2DigitalReviews of draft2digital.com

Really impressed with the tools available to the authors. The Automated Backmatter populates the "Also By" page with all your books and updates it automatically when you publish a new one. Super nifty tool that neither KDP nor Ingram have.

I have used Draft2digital for almost ten years have have always been satisfied with their service. I recently had a problem signing in with 2 step verification but I contacted them and the problem was sorted within minutes.

Draft2Digital is an excellent publishing platform. My experience has been entirely positive: everything works reliably, the process is clear and easy to follow, and reporting and payouts are transparent. I’ve seen different opinions, but personally I’m very satisfied—especially with the support team. They respond quickly, give detailed answers, and help in a truly human way—they actually solve issues instead of sending generic replies. It’s a real pleasure working with you, and I highly recommend Draft2Digital to other authors!

J'ai eu une agréable expérience avec avec draft2digital, cela fait plus de deux ans et je sérieusement contente du service client qui me répond de suite , j'ai publié mes livres, j'ai reçu mes gain , je suis extrêmement satisfaite merci draft2digital

What on earth is going on here? Dozens of 1-star reviews within a few weeks? I have had an account with D2D for a bit over two years. I am also a book coach and a lot of my clients publish through D2D. They have the best customer service ever. What's more: 1.)Their page is very easy to navigate and transparent. 2.) Whenever I (or one of my clients) needed support with setting up their books, they were helped by a real human. It never took longer than 2 days for an answer. Yes, there is also a chatbot, which actually DOES a fantastic job, but it doesn't stop there. 3.) They actually do the formatting, so all you need is a word.doc or something similar to get your book on all platforms. 4.) as an international indie author myself (German) with clients and books in 5 languages, I particularly appreciate their reach onto important international platforms (such as Tolino in Germany or AdLibris for Sweden). 5.) Royalty Payments have always been transparent and on time. The amount of people review-bombing this site AND KDP for exactly the same reasons over just a few weeks makes me wonder whether Trustpilot has mechanisms in place to prevent this from happening. Sharing critical experiences honestly is important, but since the same is happening across multiple platforms smells of a smear campaign. For all authors wondering if they are about to be scammed when signing up with D2D: no, not at all. I vouch for them after two years of excellent experiences only. I am a real human, not a bot. I am not affiliated with Draft2Digital in any way, but felt the need to share my true experiences with an exceptional platform that I am very happy to continue to work with AND recommend.

I have been using D2D for a couple of years now as an indie author with pen names. They have been good about answering questions and the one time there was a question about a cover, a human answered my question within hours and we resolved the matter quickly. They provide a wonderful service that is author focused.

I've been using Draft2Digital since 2022, and they've been fantastic. I only use them for ebooks, and I'm able to get my books onto international retailer websites and into libraries, making my books extremely accessible. The interface is easy to use, and they have a mailing list specifically for authors to receive promotional opportunities. For example, if you use D2D to get to Apple Books and they're running a promo in your genre, you can apply to be featured, and if accepted, you'll get a little increased visibility for your book. I haven't met a single downside to making my books available on Draft2Digital.

So far, i've had no issue at all. I haven't really made any sales, but then, i'm not great at 'selling' myself, so need some help with that. I don't know though, if anyone actually reads the book, as in, any of the companies that have taken it on. I've just had to re jig the book a little, as there were some spelling and grammar issues that my Beta readers picked up on, so i'm hoping i don't have any problems, re uploading the manuscript. All in all, 2 weeks in, i'm really happy. This review is in relation to an e-book.
