Hi Mark, That sounds strange because we have been in constant contact with you and we have zero unanswered emails, calls or texts in our system as of now. We're checking your order status and will email and text your shipping tracking numbers as soon as they are available in our system. Please keep in mind that our products are regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and it's more time-consuming to work with the special delivery services of the couple couriers licensed to handle them. Some customers have experienced delivery delays. While we understand delivery delays could be frustrating, we really appreciate your patience while our logistics team is working very hard to get this life-changing technology delivered to you by either UPS or FedEx as fast as possible, because they are the only two couriers licensed to transport them via mandatory ground service!
