Doxy works very well for me.

I have used Doxy for several years for telemedicine mental health counseling sessions with clients all over Washington State. My clients like Doxy because they can just follow the link and access my waiting room and then me. Nothing to Install.

a lot more troubles than zoom... audio (people have trouble hearing me sometimes, which never happens on Zoom or Facetime... at other times - most of the time - they hear me fine... go figure...

so helpful for me and my patients to reach one another during this pandemic. they still receive the care they deserve in a safe manner.

The site is very friendly for someone who has never done telehealth, from signing up to day to day usage. There are times it freezes, which could be the internet, where I have had to switch to telephone—ok now during a pandemic.

Works well most of the time, occasionally some connectivity & sound/picture quality problems. Difficult to know if this is a Doxy, location, or hardware problem. I am basically a satisfied customer.

I use the free version on Chrome, as it doesn't work on Safari. It's easy to use for myself and clients but does the screen does freeze occasionally.

Most of the time Doxy.me works very well for me, and it is easy to use for clients, also. But occasionally (including this morning) there are significant issues with delays in the audio, or freezing of video. It seems to depend on several variables, such as how good one's computer or camera is (and using a phone is usually subject to interruptions, etc if someone calls or texts, so I encourage clients not to use anything but an actual computer for the best quality), the internet speed, distance of Wifi, etc...so I wish it could be a little more standardized and consistent across those situations (apparently the need for encryption interferes with the quality and speed of the connection, according to my engineer husband). But the Doxy staff are pretty responsive and hey, it's free, so I can't really complain.
