Doxy.me started out excellent. Now it is slightly more difficult to access. Audio is frequently now described as "robotic" and difficult to understand.

I've been doing Online Therapy for over 25 years and been with Doxy for much of that time. Doxy has been very reliable when using the platform locally, nationally and internationally. Thank you.

Most of my business is marriage counseling. It's often difficult for both spouses get to my office at then same time. Doxy.me enables me to be much more flexible in my scheduling and to serve people who wouldn't have been able to see me in perso because of scheduling or because they live too far away. I've been using doxy.me for several years. Most of my clients find it easy to use. The rare problems seem to be caused by the clients' having a low bandwidth internet service. I have been doing telehealth exclusively since March 2020 because of COVID-19. With the doxy.me platform, it's usually as effective as in-person therapy. It also enables me to see a bit of the client's home which is sometimes a source of insight for me. I love this software.

They did well for the most part. There was one incident of the client being in the waiting room, but the note kept indicating that no one had checked in yet. That was quite frustrating for me and the client, who thought it was something she did. I did request help, and Dottie said that I needed to refresh my screen. It was too late for that visit, but I did it the next time around.

I think a group call option should be available on the free option of doxy.

It is simple and easy to use Doxy.me. This platform has given me the opportunity to continue to see clients without the hassle of difficult technology, during the pandemic. I would recommend Doxy.me to other providers.
