The DOXO CON
This first occurred on the first payment of my card loan. I was attempting to make the payment, when this add popped up looking like DOXO was affiliated with the lender, advertising all fees waved. I would have never agreed to a second party to pay the bill, especially if a $4.99 charge was deducted from my account! I called and filed a complaint after 6 months, after realizing who this company was. DOXO reimbursed for only 4 months. Don't ever use this service. This is so dishonest!
