Hi Ernie and Linda, We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand how concerning it can be when a payment has not yet been posted to your account. More than 70% of doxo payments are delivered electronically. In this case, the biller does not participate in electronic payment delivery, so payment was sent by check through USPS. Payment delivery dates are always displayed before a payment is submitted and include normal processing and delivery time. To clarify, the 21-day timeframe referenced by the biller was their estimated processing time after receiving the payment, not the amount of time required for doxo to deliver it. Our records show the payment was delivered on 4/22/26, and the check was cashed on 4/24/26. When you contacted User Support, doxo facilitated a three-way call with the biller and requested payment research. We will continue to follow up with the biller for updates and work with you to help ensure the payment is properly credited to your account.
