Hi Shannon, We really appreciate your review, as we are constantly looking to lower fees. Just so you know, we do also have a monthly subscription service, doxoPLUS, that allows you to pay any number of billers without an individual fee when making bank payments. Our fees also do vary by payment method. ACH (direct bank transfer) tends to be the least costly, compared to paying by credit or debit card. And our email payment reminders are always free!
