Doxo is a middle man collection company…
Doxo is a middle man collection company that is not required. It was not at all needed for a doctor's payment but it lead me to believe that it was required, as was the $3.99 charge to utilize it. Do not use it, it is a rip-off, contact doctor's office directly. After spending 25 minutes with Doxo, I was able to get my charge reversed... That is why they get the two stars instead of zero stars. I also shamed my doctor's office for utilizing such a service.
