This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They managed to weasel their way into my payments, and attempt to steal a fee from me. I called my doctor's office, and they had no idea about this criminal enterprise and took my payment over the phone with no fee. Weaseling your way into people's medical bills to force a fee on them is a scam, and people need to be on the lookout.
