That's a very thoughtful and helpful review—thank you for taking the time to share it! We're so glad you're finding our AI helpful and that it's taking care of the "grunt work" for you. We absolutely understand your feeling of being "left in the dark" and out of the loop. Your desire for more visibility into the dispute process is exactly the kind of feedback that drives our product improvements, and we are sharing this directly with our development team. Your insight is crucial to helping us earn that missing 5th star! We did attempt to reach out by phone to discuss this with you further, but weren't able to connect. We'd love the chance to speak with you directly to hear more about your specific needs and ensure you have all the information you need. If you are open to connecting, or if you ever feel out of the loop again, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to help!

Happy to hear that you found the set up easy and that our in-app dispute options are making your credit journey less stressful. It's completely normal to see different scores across various apps. That's because different companies, like the banks and other credit apps you mentioned, use different scoring models. Here at Dovly, our score is based on the TransUnion Vantage 3.0 Score. It's designed to be a clear guide for your progress as we work together to build your credit. We're excited to see your continued progress in the months to come! If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to help!
