COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! absolutely nothing you can’t do yourself for free in 10 minutes. They’re simply disputing your credit just like you can for free.. yet they make you wait months before everything finally goes through to squeak more money out of you. WASTE WASTE WASTE

Dovy IA has contacted trustpilot asking that my review be removed. They aren't concerned with my terrible experience with dovey ai they just want to silence critics. I paid for the premium membership and after a month no updates on the items disputed. The dovy ai app said the items were actively being disputed. So after 30 days with no updates I went direct to the credit bureau website and it showed no items were currently being disputed. I feel like this company stole money and wasted my time During my membership my credit score went down every time they updated my score. I would not advise using this company. No customer service. No one to contact. Terrible experience.
