do not buy from here
I am struggling with their customer service. I ordered a 4x6 rug. The wrong item was delivered. I took a photo and started the return right away. It’s been several weeks and all I wanted was the original item. Still don’t have it. I No idea when it will be remedied. I’m out $ and time. do not recommend you buy from this place.

Horrible, no phone number to call.
This was my first order with this company and they sent me the wrong size curtains and the wrong color. They do not have a phone number you can call to talk with anyone. I filled out an online return and they have not got back to me and it's been almost a week. Do not buy from this company. I'll have to call my credit card company to stop payment now.

The quality of this piece is very disappointing
The quality of this piece is very disappointing. I purchased it as a house warming gift, and I am almost ashamed to present it to my friends. I'm sure it was done with a computerized machine as the names came out great, however, they could have used better quality material. Definitely would not buy again, and do not recommend.

I placed an order and never received
I placed an order, it was shipped, fedex refused to deliver. It was damaged and fedex returned to sender. I emailed you several times and got no response. Never received my order. No phone number to contact you directly. Poor customer service. Will not recommend Dot and Bo or any company affiliated.

Stinky Sheet Set!
Ordered sheets that came out of the package smelling like a ripe sweat shop, and took four washings to be usable! Yuck! Never again!
