Do not order from Dot&Bo!!!! Still haven’t received my tables I ordered over a month ago!!! Not able to track order!!! No response from several emails!!! Going to dispute w my credit card company and get my money back!!!

The day after I ordered a bookshelf, I contacted your company via email to cancel the order. I am RN who often works outside of the country. The night I ordered the bookshelf, I received orders to go out of country. I have no way of accepting anything at my home in NC. Three days after attempting to cancel the order, I was sent an email telling me that the bookshelf was delivered and dropped off in my driveway. I sent at least 5 messages to your company attempting to stop the delivery. I have no idea if it is still in my driveway, or if it has been stolen.

Placed order from Dot and Bo on 5/17 for a bedding set. My card was charged same day and shipping info provided the next. But NOTHING has happened since. UPS acknowledges the shipping label but has not received the package from the seller yet. I’ve attempted to contact them twice through there vague website with ZERO response. I simply want an update and a realistic timeline. If that can’t be provided, then proceed with cancellation and refund process. If you buy from them, don’t expect any customer support.

First the positive. The site is attractive and easy to order from. I received the order reasonably quickly and it was undamaged. So far so good, but unfortunately the item was the wrong item. For the past week I have sent three requests through their website with no response. And I called them (had to search online for a phone number since there is not one on the website. I stayed on hold for 11 minutes when they decided I needed to leave a voice mail (no choice in the matter). I will continue my efforts to obtain assistance, but right now I have an unusable item and I am out the cost of the item. I am trying to be patient in these unprecedented times, but it is becoming more difficult by the day. Sure hope they resolve this situation as I do like their website and many of the items.

Absolutely horrible experience. They take forever to get back to you. And they cannot answer direct questions. I asked if they have genuine leather on their couch. They referred me to the product details. When I asked again if they could confirm that it is real leather they told me they would answer my question when it is back in stock. The item has been showing on Facebook with 1 left in stock for over a week. When I asked questions about if I place an order will it get me on the list for a new one no response. I called their customer service phone number and was hung up on. Then when I called back they answered and said I had the wrong number. These guys are scammers! Stay away. And I believe their leather was fake leather anyways. False advertisement. Horrible customer service.

Horrible - avoid at all costs. Once they have your email address, they make it impossible to "unsubscribe" and they inundate you with SPAM. That's how they treat their mailing list; imagine how they'll treat you as a customer once they have your money.

Zipper broke right off the protector the first time I put it on the matress, so I have to cut it to get it off

The curtain panels I received are of good quality and I would have kept them had they been remotely close to the navy blue I ordered. However, they were a strange light teal blue. I had no need for that color and when I inquired about the return, found out it would cost me $10 to return and the original shipping fee to send them back. That’s close to $20 for an order of $38. Deceptive color samples and double return fees will cause me to never order from them again.
