I bought my brother some perfumes for his birthday and because of the address the package wasn’t delivered. So it was sent back by the post office. They received it and I explained what happened about the address someone didn’t read the email correctly and just told me about the return label. Someone else wrote to me and addressed the issue correctly and gave me a refund. But I reordered the perfumes again. This time to the correct address. I was a bit bothered by the situation which the address thing was my fault but not reading my email correctly that was annoying but they made it right. I’ve been a customer of theirs for a while and I’ve enjoyed all their products.

I ordered 4 perfumes to see which one fit me best and kept one that I absolutely love. Returned the other ones. We had a strike with Canada Post which delayed the return and I hadn’t received my return. After confirming the box finally arrived, I emailed client support and got my return the same day. Very happy with my purchase and the fast customer support.

Also, if you are one who are really into purchasing fragrances frequently, Dossier+ is also an option. It is a monthly subscription that pays for itself and goes towards purchases.
