I attempted to make a claim with the shipping company and was having technical issues. They took care of the situation for me so I could receive my refund. I will certainly make another purchase in the future. I appreciated the service and help they provided!

I have ordered from Dossier 3 times now. I love the scents that they sell. Woody Sandalwood is my favourite. My order always arrives quickly and their returns are very easy. Just recently I was in my shopping cart with my next choices which I plan on purchasing in the future and accidently touched the purchase button. When I received the confirmation email with the code, I immediately emailed back asking for it to be cancelled. Not expecting a reply, I was surprised to get a reply assuring me they would take care of it and explaining it may take 3-5 days. They were polite and thanked me for shopping with them! I was relieved and immediately emailed my gratitude. This company has gained my trust in its integrity and I will continue to shop here, and recommend it to my friends and anyone hesitant to order online.

I needed to do an exchange because the smell I ordered was just not for me, and the lady who assisted me was very helpful and fast in her communication back. I have ordered many scents before and this was the first one that just didnt quite work out, but I will for sure be ordering here again and again.
